Return Policy

INTRODUCTION

The team at Modern Accessory appreciates your business and your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. We are here to support you and will do everything in our power to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and able to recommend us to your friends and family.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION:

 

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

If you want to change or cancel an order please notify us in writing at support@shopmodernaccessory.com within 12 hours from the time the order has been placed. You may also click on the "Question Mark" icon on the bottom right of any page to send us a message securely.

 

If you have placed the order for a wrong product (Model, Color, Material) you need to inform us within 12 hours to make the desired changes. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept revisions, changes or cancellations to the order.

 

Once the order is shipped, we will send you, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

In the rare instance that you have received a damaged, defective or faulty product, you can file a replacement or exchange claim within 14 days after the shipment has been delivered for a 100% replacement guarantee. You must request and obtain an RMA # in order to process an exchange or replacement in all cases. Merchandise received at our warehouse without a proper RMA # will be refused and/or not processed.

 

If you have placed the order for a wrong product and have not informed us in writing within 12 hours of the purchase and the product is shipped out, we will charge a 50% modification fee for sending out the correct replacement product.

Refunds are NOT VALID if the product is simply unwanted, however a 100% merchandise credit will be provided if the product was received in a damaged/ faulty condition, should the customer elect to not receive a replacement product.

  

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Your refund will be issued to you via email as a store merchandise credit to be used for any other merchandise purchase within 365 days of issuance.
