ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION:
ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE
If you want to cancel an order it has to be informed in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours from the time the order has been placed.
If you have placed the order for a wrong product (Model, Color, Material) you need to intimate within 12 hours to make the desired changes.
Once the order is shipped, we will send you, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Should you receive damaged, defective or faulty product, you can file a replacement, exchange or refund within 14 days after the shipment have been delivered for a 100% refund/compensation.
If you have placed the order for a wrong product and have not informed us in writing within 12 hours of the purchase and the product is shipped out, we will charge a 50% modification fee for sending out the correct product.
Refunds are NOT VALID if the product is simply unwanted, however a 100% Refund will be provided if the product was received in a damaged/ faulty condition.
The Company will not be liable for refunds on orders that are already delivered and the customer is not aware of those transactions. The person himself will be responsible to figure out false usage of their private/financial information.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
